Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped during weekends or holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to activate.
Shipping Delays
During peak times, shipments may experience delays. If there are significant delays with your order, we will reach out to you via email or phone. For international orders, customs clearance may also impact delivery times. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any regulations that may affect your order.
Damaged Orders
Lepo.sa is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure you keep all packaging and damaged items before submitting your claim.
Customs Information
Please ensure your order complies with your country’s regulations. Currently, we are not liable for any import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees incurred. If a shipment is refused due to such fees, original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
