Returns


We accept returns for items in unworn condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. We cannot process returns for sale items or customized orders.

Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.


 Domestic Returns (KSA)


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and shipping for domestic returns is free of charge.

Please allow up to 10 days for your package to reach us, and further 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed.

To start your return, follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Return Portal HERE (Log in using the email used at checkout).
  2. Find the order you wish to return and click Request Return.
  3. Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason for your return. Your input helps us enhance our products to make your next purchase even better!
  4. Submit your return request.
  5. Once your return is accepted, we will send you an email with a return label.
  6. Print the return label and securely attach it to your return package. The shipping carrier will pick up your package from your location.
  7. You can track your return through our Return Portal HERE.

 International Returns


We accept international returns within 14 days of delivery, and shipping for international returns is free of charge.

Please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us, and a further 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed.

 Received an incorrect or defective item?


If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or defective items, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Email support@lepo.sa with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We only exchange defective or damaged items for the same product, subject to availability. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after your returned items have been received at our warehouse. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us at support@lepo.sa for assistance.

You will receive tracking emails to keep you informed about the progress of your return & refund. For more frequent updates, you can also track your return through the Return Portal HERE.
