Refund policy
How does the refund process work?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival. This email will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5 to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank’s policies.
My refund is missing or late
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account for any updates.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
